German Bakery embodies the traditional German bakery culture and combines it with the Mongolian cuisine. Due to the close cooperation with master baker Jörg Reinhold, we trained our employees to bake in accordance to the traditional German bakery. What makes us stand out, are in particular the high-quality, natural and daily prepared bakery products. As the first German bakery in Mongolia, we have a wide and unique choice of products, such as bread, rolls and a wide selection of pies. We are particularly known for the Wesenberger-black bread from 100% rye flour, and the Ore Mountains stolen, which are both baked following the recipe created by baker Reinhold.
